thing where you bring her up is bad. Work on tightness as well.
yeah i know you guys are in 5th grade but on my team we have 4 year olds
doing better than this . our best flyer on out team is in 6th and a 4th
grader is in our senior team
look theres no need to be rude to these kids and other people who are
commenting. Besides this video is just for fun. There’s no need to be rude
to them! if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything at
all! simple as that!! Leave the kids alone! They were just having fun!

Just a tip- when you are doing your stunts, the flyer should not have bent
knees in a prep position. It will help if you stay straight and strong.

You need to have your toes pointed it helps, And its good but you where
having some troubles so like use a mat so you dont get hurt…
when you do a half dont just put it up the you need to bounce
it is good just next time i would get a front spoter just in case

when you do a cradle catch the flier higher(i’m a base)and we were doing
cradles I didn’t catch high enough a she fell on my shoulder it hurts
u didnt do a double down! lolol but great job. i have simmilar vids up.
