  1. I LOVE yalls cradles!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

  2. when youre prepping for the jump dont jump while prepping it + in your
front roll you dont want your legs spread apart + after you round
off, rebound with your hands up + the third base is called backspot + keep
your chest up in the jump.

  3. We did something like the L ups but we called it a J up and you start off
the same but theres two parts to it before we craddle her.

  4. When you do your herky and pike make sure your fists go out and pint up
(like your holding candlesticks) Just a little advice;)

remember to keep your legs together at 6:30 when you load in

  11. The basers are really far apart in all the mounts. LOVE EACHOTHER! Haha but
as a flyer it’s a lot easier the closer the bases are.

  19. You guys r so good!

  20. the bases shouldn’t be so spread out thats why her legs are further apart.
you should be all close together

  21. Thank You so so much.I u r sooooooooooo great

  22. for the flyer with the pig tails, also if you load in with your legs and
feet closer together your base will not struggle so much to get you to an
    extension.

  23. For future reference, In an extension, make sure that the back or third
base/spot, pulls the top girls ankles up as fast as she can without letting
go, for the basket toss, try having the back/third grad the girls ankles
and throw them, the stunt will go much higher.

  24. okay when ur base in a doing the tall stand. how does the base push up in
to it. and do they have there feet in a spot to help u. do u move in to
hold them better or stay in places.
