I made the varsity team for my school and I'm super excited. The coach wants me to be a flyer. I'm pretty flexible and can do a bow and arrow and scorpion. The only problem is I have horrible balance and can't hold anything over 5 seconds! Do you have any tips? Thanks.
I have a solid round off handspring on a spring floor but at the highschool where I'm trying out the don't have spring floor they just have regular mats, will it be just as easy or should I practice tumbling in my back yard , and how effective is having tumbling when trying out. Does it give me a better chance to make the team or a chance to make a higher level team?
