  14. Its called a back bridge because she bends backwards to go into a bridge

  15. Im a backspot and my stunt group was doing an extension and the flyer lost
    balance and fell on my head giving me a concussion. In another stunt group
    we did a prep, when we were cradeling the bases threw the flyer backwords
    falling on me and my knee went into her back :(
