Im a backspot and my stunt group was doing an extension and the flyer lost
balance and fell on my head giving me a concussion. In another stunt group
we did a prep, when we were cradeling the bases threw the flyer backwords
falling on me and my knee went into her back :(

What the heck she doesn’t even teach us how she climbs down the wall I
tried it and I can’t even like get two inches down
I tried to do it from the wall but I’m always scared to touch the ground

Its called a back bridge because she bends backwards to go into a bridge

what do you do if you cant get your back to continue bending? Mine won’t
bend past a certain point, I fall over… :(
