This kid though, Joey. He obviously didn’t care that that girl’s parents
didn’t like the fact that their kid would date someone that much older
(during the teen years it is a big age difference). But to use that reason
to break up with her was not cool, since it didn’t bother him when he dated
her behind her parent’s backs. I never understood really why so many guys
felt the need to go out with someone that much younger, since you are quite
different at that age between 14 to 17. Why wouldn’t those guys want to go
out with someone their own age? I remember this girl at my high school whom
dated this guy who was 26 years old and it always looked so weird when she
jumped into his car after school and they drove off. I mean something is
off when a 26 year old has more in common with someone who is 15 than
another adult. Ew!
Joey obviously was an amazing guy caring about her parents approval was
very sweet I just wished they wouldn’t have ended it so quickly and
actually talk more about there feelings and you could tell that joey really
cares about her, I just hoped there’s still hope soon.
