  2. Dumb question. Do you need to have your splits for a front walkover? I’m
    close. Sorry I don’t know terms. Halfway through I am fine, but when I go
    over to complete the walkover my arms feel strained. I can move forward
    into a bridge with both legs together without a problem, but feel a slight
    strain when doing them in split position. Not sure why it hurts.

    just for advice (in fact I do this too) trying bring you hands straight up
    instead of going around. other then that good job! (:
