    curve on teaching the kip so expect to see a new and updated Video! :) I
    also have used the Fixed Weight Pulley system and I think it is even more
    versatile…especially as they get stronger!

  12. Nice compilation. I like the use of the body weight slide to get the arm
    pulls in the deep pike position. One gym I was at used fixed weights on
    pulleys for girls to pull on like a lat pull down.
