    Whenever I go into the lunge with my right leg forward, I feel a stretch in
    my hip not my left thigh?

    only wish is that you could somehow hook up with Melissa to do a series of
    videos that addresses physical and spiritual psychetruth, the combination
    would be so powerful.

  15. When having one leg bent kinda across you and the other leg out to the bag
    stretching your hip into the floor (like doing the back half of the
    splits), I can’t seem to get my bent leg to go as far across. It is much
    more underneath me. Is the movement supposed to come from your hips or knee
    if you understand? Thanks

  24. Out of curiosity, I like all the instructors, I just wonder why Corrina
    doesn’t participate in many of these videos. Corrina looks incredible,
    don’t get me wrong, it is an observation and a question.
