Catherine I think that what you are trying to do for us is commendable, my
only wish is that you could somehow hook up with Melissa to do a series of
videos that addresses physical and spiritual psychetruth, the combination
would be so powerful.
When having one leg bent kinda across you and the other leg out to the bag
stretching your hip into the floor (like doing the back half of the
splits), I can’t seem to get my bent leg to go as far across. It is much
more underneath me. Is the movement supposed to come from your hips or knee
if you understand? Thanks
It is my opinion that you should invite those who oppose your belly rings
to leave your channel. We visit to experience yoga and not to be judgmental
and critique your personal choices. Namaste

Whenever I go into the lunge with my right leg forward, I feel a stretch in
my hip not my left thigh?
