im a level 7 gymnast and we have to sit in wall sits for like 5 mins and
nobody is screaming or we all have to start over. cheerleading is nuthin
compared to gymnastics i wuld lik to see them do our conditioning

when u go down and do a a hundred and if u come up before thirty seconds u
