I love the "Cheerleader" moves!! So cute. but I don't know how I would cue the moves for my classes. Yes I could stop and teach them, eventually they will catch on – but then there's the newbie and he/she would get frustrated and then probably never comeback. So, the choreo is cute and works but that is probably my only issue with most of your stuff: too choreographed making it hard to cue and then my classes get lost. Cueing is my thing.
God I love you guys! Can you post some videos that show how you teach these great steps to your wonderful "students?" Or do they just catch on quickly?

My 3 reasons for loving this vid: 1)the lady behind Lauren on the left. She was working it 2)you allowed everyone to feel like a cheerleader for a few minutes. That was so cute in the choreo 3)Lauren showed she is human and even though she stumbled she kept going and never lost her smile. I love how you lead by example

Please let me know if or how that is possible. I know it would be amazing and my whole group (our instructor is Gerard Patalano) would be so excited!!
Do you all ever do any Latin music anymore? Or are you strictly hip hop/top 40 now? You all are great but I can't ever use any of your choreos in class, sad face
And ahh I totally didn't mean for that to sound like I was saying anything against the person there now because she's amazing along with everyone else in the video! i have so much respect and appreciation for all of the people who have fun dancing and exercising on camera for others to watch and benefit from! YOU ALL ARE AWESOME!

I fell in love with this song the first time I heard it a few weeks ago. I am definitely going to use this for my pre cool down. Good job Kelsi!
