    My cheer team if we feel like we are falling we fight for the stunt not just give up 

  2. i am a flyer and i am in need of some help with cradles. I always do this jump out thing and i dont know how to fix it. if anyone could give me tips i would appreciate it. 

  3. Normally flys don't fall like that at all. And it's hard to speak in a stunt as a flyer because your squeezing everything and sometime when your start to talk, some of the squeezing goes away.

  18. in order not 2 make ur flyer is 2 bend ur legs when u pick them up and bounce with them and lock your legs

  19. No. Fight to stay up. Stay tight! If we're about to fall we have to tighten up. That means TIGHTEN UP. Also look up

  20. also….. (im a flyer) so, most of the flyers on my squad are usually toeing so i keep telling them to just pull there toes back a little bit :) and it helped them alot :)
