  6. Lock your arms in the air. If your alreadly doing that, it might be that
your arms aren’t strong enough. Try popping your shoulders to get a
straight landing. I hope this helped! Any tips to getting over the fear
    please? Thanks! XOXO

  11. Thank you so much for your channel and videos! I am 12 and in the fall I
will be joining a level 4 cheer team, but I can barely tumble. These videos

  13. I’m in tumbling and i’m working on my bhs. I always have a lot of trouble
with the first 2 or 3 steps.. >.<

  14. I don’t know how your problem is with it, but since you said it’s in the
beginning before your first flight, I might have a general idea. 1) don’t
swing your arms too far back during your sit. Have them about 45 degrees
from your back. 2) keep your chest up during the sit. This goes along with
your swing; if you swing too much, your chest will go down. 3) Don’t bend
too much or too little in your sit. it should be a nice ninety degree bend
in your legs. Think of it as sitting in a chair

  15. Umm will you ever post anything else?

So thank you for the help. But this is kind of embarrassing , I have been
doing gymnastics for 8 months and I still don’t have my kick over for a
bridge. Even my friends try to help me but I still don’t get it. Please
help me please I am begging you from the bottom of my heart please. Also I
can’t climb rope either, plus I would love to be a cheerleader in middle
school. But I am afraid to tryout because I don’t want to look embarrassed
    so please me please. :)

  21. I finally got over the fear but whenever I do it by arms bend and I land in
a crouching position. I need tips on how to have a consistent straight arm
and jump out instead of up because I keep undercutting and that for cheer
    not gymnastics

Thank you! Please Subscribe and check out my channel. I hope to be putting
out a new video every couple of days! Any video suggestions? What are your
    biggest frustrations?

  23. hey! i know you posted that comment a while ago, but, i just wanted to give
you some advise! to do your bridge kick-over: back bend. then, push your
armpits forward and with allot of power kick as hard as you can! then after
you have the basic skill, you can work on making it pretty! 😉 hope this
    helps!

  24. So great!

The first three steps is actually one fluid motion. So as you swing you
begin to sit then into your jump. This was a very general video to the back
handspring. I hope to have more detailed videos, that have drills to
    accompany the information.
