That is the EXACT same injury I suffered when I was 16. It’s so crazy
because it can cause the knee to be unstable for the rest of your life with
or without surgery. Mine occurred when I simply came down wrong from a toe
touch. A jump I had done a million times. My knee popped out and back
in…a split second. Praying he heals up!
I FEEL SO BAD FOR TRAVIS OH MY GOD okay sure he may not be the
hardest-working one there but it’s so hard to have a knee injury when you
do a sport like this it 100% sucks
That’s so harsh. I messed up my knee doing a simple toe touch and even with
weeks of physiotherapy it’s never been the same I cheer now but I have
to wear a support and be careful, it means I have to hold back a bit on
tumbling and jumps and I hate it!

Iam crying right now
So sad! you can tell he tries but he can’t do it coaches need to give him
slack so it doesn’t get worse…
Maybe he was overworked, is sad, but sometimes coaches should be more
cautious.
