  1. I didn’t used to be flexible at all either… but when I was in gymnastics
    all of the younger kids were doing over splits and ariels and other things
    that you had to be flexible to do. From then on I stretched every day and
    even after I had back surgery and couldn’t do gymnastics anymore, I
    stretched. Now I can do splits and other things that I never thought I
    would be able to do. It just takes determination and time. Eventually
    you’ll reach your goals and be an inspiration to others who want to
    accomplish the same things you once did. 

  2. Teaching her self to pop her hip is not double jointed it just mean she’s
    gonna have major hip problems when she older this girl has permently
    damaged her hips

  3. their’s no such thing as double jointed it’s only flexabilty 

  4. Don’t try to pop your hip when you get older you will have servers hip
    issues or maybe even need a transplant. You gain your flexibility from
    stretching not killing your form of how god created you. You can throw your
    hip out if you try.

  8. When I was like 8 I was not dubble jointed at all and then out of no where
    I became extremely flexible and still am till this day

    and I want to be just like you

  15. I’m not double jointed, and I am also very flexible. I think she just got
    it a different way then me

  16. I can pop my hip.. Idk it’s wierd but I like keep my legs straight and lean
    to the left and then twist my back.. It’s a habit now. I seriously do it
    every ten minutes… xc
