Ok, after losing my dad to suicide, getting depressed about work and
studies, and getting unhealthy, i’m gonna do the splits within 2 months
even if it tears my ball sack…
I just did this one yesterday and when I was doing the half split I couldnt
reach my toes. This is now my second time doing this and I can reach them
now! WOW! Thank you so much for the help! <3
if you are really close to your splits and you really want to get your
splits faster, when you fall asleep, go to sleep in the position that is
shown at 6:17. it worked for one of my friends so I don’t know if it will
work for any of you:)
Thank you guys at +PsycheTruth for teaching me how to stretch better than I
was before.. even though I had my foward splits I didnt feel good afterward
but now it feels like my legs are put in a state of feeling absolutely
amazing!! I suppose a main thank you to Donnie because this is the second
video ive watched and she was the main in both so.. thank you!
just dancers, cheerleaders and gymnasts (people with some experience) can
do this? and someone who has never danced nor trained their flexibility? I
really want to become more flexible
