up.. whatever you do do not push forward or she will fall out of the stunt
forward.. then once she leaves your hand grab her ankle. With your hand
that is holding her ankle at the beginning pull up on 3, 4 to help your
main base out. When holding her up in the stunt the higher you have your
hands on her ankles the more steady she will be.. if your flyer starts with
her right foot do the same thing just flip-flopped.. hope this helps
Canyou please put the subtitles in the description. In alot of your videos
its really difficult to see the video because the subtitles are in the way.
If you put it in the description it makes everybody happy
niamhluvstress you sound like you are 12. These are educational videos made

uh not that awsome im a professional cheerleader for the st. gregs lions
all starz and uh we r better no offence timing was off and the flyer had ok
stunts sorry =[ ?????
I am having so much trouble backspoting. I am trying to look at the back
spot in there, but I can barely see her until the end! This makes me so
frusterated…any tips?
BabayKelsey if your flyer starts with her left foot in like mine with your
left hand grab her ankle and put your right hand under her butt in the
middle. Make sure you’re “getting a little personal” otherwise you are
going to drive her forward instead of straight up.. You’re main job is to
drive your flyer up with your hand that is under her bottom. On 1, 2 you
will bounce once pushing her up kind of hard..then on when you go to push
her all the way up drive as hard as you possibly can straight
this is advanced? since when is needing a front spot become a had skill?
I love how at the end he’s like breathe!
Really? They need a front spot? In real advanced cheerleading you don’t
need a front spot ( except some basket tosses)

The flyer is really stable. Or it’s because there is a front spot there. I
can’t stay very balanced in one leg stunts, I tend to butt-out.
