  23. Hi PyscheTruth , i am seventeen this year and i just started cheerleading a
    month ago , and i am not very flexible . i can’t do proper splits, heel
    stretches and scorpions . Are there some simple stretches where i can do to
    make me more flexible and be able to do those stretches mentioned above in
    the future ?
