    splits and this made my side splits better then the other one! i can’t do
    either, but this really helped!

    my cousin told me to watch this to get new stretches but this is just no.
    go watch a dancers stretching routine and you’ll be a lot more flexible.

    about a week. Ive never had trouble with my splits but my jumps i did kind
    of but you helped me alot
