  2. When we get in trouble or what my team call it penalized we have to run for
    a very long time and do 20 cheer jumping jacks ( cheer jumping jacks are 2
    basic jumping jacks then 2 knee pull ups on each side then the highest kick
    you can do on each side and that’s just one whole one imagine doing that
    for 20 and if we mess up we have to start all over and a bonus 5

  4. woah i dont do v ups like tht (i actually call them v snaps) i do the same
    thing but i just dont open my legs in a v, its my body tht forms a v, so i
    reach for my toes

  5. Why do you put videos of a child spreading her legs in front of a camera
    and leaving the obscene comments on ?

  7. OMG I started doing V Ups yesterday and my toe touch and double toe touch
    are so much better!

  8. OMG I remember when my whole team had to do 50 V ups and puch ups because
    we got in trouble

  9. those V ups?we call them banana splits on our squad.also something helpful
    is to do wall splits.you lay on ur back with ur butt and legs pressed
    against a wall.then u spread ur legs into a V or as far down as u can.hold
    like tht for 1-2 mins.then relax ur legs against ur chest for about 30 secs
    then go again.it rlly helped me with my splits and many other things

    its supposed to hurt, its a reeeaaaaaly good way to build up your abs and
    legs. that way also helps build your straddle split, but doesnt focus on
    your legs as much as a vsnap which i what i do, its pretty much the same,
    but your legs dont go into middle split, they stay together, hurts like hell

  20. @NJJmylove i have the same thing wen i do v ups it hurts my hips… my hips
    just pop like idk so i just dont push as hard or lift them as high

    like them picking me up its way more relaxing lol!

  23. i HATE doing push ups! ;/ every time we get in trouble we have to do over
    20 and i suck at them ;/ althou i am strong
