  12. wow i did this one last night, and even though i’m used to exercice a lot,
    today my calves are killiiiiiiing me like never before !! great cardio and
    leg episode !!

  15. This is honestly my all time favorite video of yours. I did it for a week
    straight once (I know that’s not good) but I can’t get enough. I’ve been
    doing these workouts for 6 months now and have lost 10 pounds at least.
