  8. I’m doing this with a 5 pound weight for each arm and it’s heavy and tiring
    but worth it 😀

  9. I can’t feel my keg muscles they hurt. But that’s good because they’re
    getting a workout.

  10. Tip: Her “Back Rows” are totally wrong! She’s not even working her back
    muscles at all. She’s actually using more shoulders. Haha. To do them
    properly… she needs to bend her back over until it is almost parallel to
    the floor. This will give her the angle to utilize her back muscles more
    effectively.
