  6. @deepak9066 I’d get a trampoline, or find a friend who has one. It has to
    be large enough that you can at least lay across it, arms&legs
    outstretched. Then, just use this technique. Bend your knees, &lean back to
    where you feel like you might fall. Then, jump back, &whip your arms up
    tight&straight to your ears. Keep them close together, &then you push off
    the ground with them. You should be in a handstand there. Then you whip
    your legs back over your head&land. Confidence is better on tramps.
