  1. I have cheer tryouts next Monday. I’ve tried yoga but it’s challenging for
    me since I’m overweight and I have short arms. I have my splits, I got them
    on my own, but they can’t the floor yet and it still hurts since I haven’t
    practiced them for about 6 months or so (we moved into an aspartame not and
    I can’t do any exercise there). Any tips? Advice?

    intense stretching and now I can do a big over split

    have got yelled at for her jump but i really do love the video

    I just did these stretches and the one with the split I got down to the
    second to last stretch down

  14. Wow thanks so much! the last stretch i did actually made me go down into a
    split and i could not do it i have been doing these stretches every day!!!!
