If it didn't help you , then you should NOT try to complain and then go find someone else or another video or someone else to teach you . I don't think no one cares . (Y) . I loveee this video .
@bailarina1493 practice lifting your leg without the jump, ( if you can't lift it by strength alone, build up some muscle and flexability. Or you could prop it against a short dresser or counter top) Once you get your leg up, try it with the jump again.
