Arryona Black, You do not have to worry about Any of that just be yourself and watch YouTube videos on how to stretch for cheer and also if you want to loose weight Try cutting off on junk food because junk food really makes all the weight trust me I've been there before so yes just be confident and proud of your work.     Jadia keep on practicing because I am a Yucaipa high school cheerleader and I have to do the splits backflips pyramid it is very hard

  12. Yes, the spirit squad is like cheerleading. Depending on what the coaches want you don't need to know how to tumble. But ask the coaches if you need to know how to tumble.

  13. is spirit squad LIKE cheerleading? and also what if u havent done gymnastics or ANYTHING about cheer but u rly wanted to practice day n night all summer then come tryouts. would i be able to make it??!!
