So I just started working out yesterday to get rid of this Gut I got. My
motivation is the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders I really want to join their
team I meet all of the requirements except for being “Skinny” Like I’m not
super fat but I can make my self look at least five months pregnant and
have someone think it’s real. That’s how big my gut is. My arms are skinny
my legs can stand to be toned a lil more they do jiggle but not fat. So can
you do workouts that DCC might do?
Do as many as you can for 30 seconds, have a 15 second rest and switch to
the next. go FULL on for 20 minutes – if you do this twice a week
you’ll see such a difference

I’m going to do these every night before bed and when I wake up so I’m
ready for cheer
