I have a really random and fun dream job. I want to work at Walt Disney
World as an Imagineer. Imagineers get to brainstorm, design ,and make
everything in disney come to life. From the rides to the trash cans,
Imagineers design it! I really want to be one, because I love disney.
Anyway, enough of me going on about my dream job. Loved the video Colette!
I’ve always loved psychology and crime, so I’m thinking about being a
forensic psychologist, but I need a PhD for that and I don’t want to go
through the school, so I’m majoring in law. I’m trying to build experience
as well as education, so right now, I’m attending school as well as working
reception at a law firm.
@heylookachannel Because it’s so much better having your own money, rather
than having to ask your parents for everything, be independent. I’ve worked
since about 2 weeks before my 16th birthday and I’m 19 now, so I’ve been
working for about 3 and a half years, I couldn’t imagine applying for my
first job at 20 with zero work experience.
@heylookachannel im from a middle class family & its hard to find a job,
but my parents want me to get one & i sorta want one too. just because your
from a middle class family doesnt mean your parents are gonna buy you
everything! once i get a car i have to pay for some of the insurance &
other things
I absolutely LOVE being with little kids ive always been like that they
just bring me so much joy they can be a LOT of work but they are so fun and
cute :3 So I want to do somthing like that i was thinking about being a
kindergarten teacher or a day care person. Im always babysitting for free
cuz its somthing i enjoy doing i love to make kids laugh and smile so i
have some experience with that
@heylookachannel It’s not only about making money, but also about building
character and forming a good work ethic and growing as a person. You have
nothing to lose, and everything to gain by getting a job in your teen
years. Even if you’re just working a few hours a week, you’re still
LEARNING something.
Katielette! This is my first comment on any of your or the other Shaytard
channels! I’m actually in school right now studying Music Education. Being
a Music Teacher has always been a dream of mine but as I’ve gotten older
and the longer I watch you and your husbands videos I think of another job
I would love to have, being a Parent and having a family. I’m a gay 19 year
old living in Texas and I know how different my path will be to achieving
this goal, But it’s one job that I dream of living.
Howdy Colette! I was just wondering what you thought of getting a full-time
job, versus being a full time mom? I’ll be done my BA this June and I do
plan to get my MA,and possibly another diploma, but I also really, really
want to be a full time mom when I get married! I feel like…I would be
judged for not doing anything with my degree, and being a full time
mom, instead of getting a job in my field? Is it crazy for a 22yr old to be
thinking this? Haha You are amazing, thanks for the vids Colette:)
You are exactly who I want to be when I grow up. I’m only 16 but I work
incredibly hard at a very progressive school, so my question to you is did
you work hard in school? Favourite classes? Please tell me all about it, I
would love to know. You’re my idol, and I would be honored if you mentioned
my question in your next video <3 ah, you're just amazing :)) I wish we
could actually talk!! <3
