actually doing the skills in the air is the only way to learn and properly
execute them! Find a safe stunt group that’s willing to work with you as a
top girl – Try not to “balance” in the air, just stay tight with your
shoulders back to prevent from learning over!

To all the idiots trying to correct them when they say top girl the UCA
staff refers to the flyer as a top girl so they are not wrong.
HOW DO YOU KEEP THE TOP GIRL FROM SETTING IN A CRADLE I HAVE TRIED
EVERYTHING AND SHE STILL SETS.
yes they are called flyers, but at competition they are referred as Top
girl, because she’s on top.

I’m pretty sure that all good cheerleaders know how to do that? And don’t
need a video to show them how. This was just dumb..
