  7. I can’t seem to keep my legs straight but i done it once but got afraid and
    fell on my head. Any tips?

  8. Just think hand hand foot foot and think about putting your legs/feet

  18. Hi im a prefessional cheerling teacher in virgina step 1:Stand on a straint
    possition step 2:hands straight up step 3:w/ the conterble feat lift it up
    and if u know how to do the splits do the slipts in the air in order to be
    straight ur hand holds the weight so u will be fine make sure u pracice in
    a place so small so when u satnd up staright in the position u started w/
    w/ no misatke u have done a chartwheel this goes to all the people
