  1. if im fronting in a stunt group do I put my hands just below the flyers
    knees or on the bases hands to take pressure off. like I haven’t cheered
    since I was 6 HELP.

    Ive don’t gymnastics for 6 years, cheerleading for 4 and have coached for
    4. You do not simply “run and put your arms up”. That could cause a serious
    injury. Just pointing something out that could end up being harmful to
    someone who took your “advice”. (:
