its hard to hold you weight when your up there, and then basing requires
concentration. if you dont have it, you could drop your flyer and seriously
hurt them. I think cheerleading is more professional then footbal(woohoo.
you can run to the end zone, your mama must be so proud!)and people should
watch this before they judge.

He’s one handing her with throws – that means he’s military pressing with
dumbells at least 180 – and add on the momentum in the throws (F=M*A for
you physics folks) and you get to 300 lbs military press easily – that’s 3
plates for you gym lifters…and he’s doing it effortslessly.
I’m barely starting to get into this cheer stuff, but I made the varsity
team in my high school and me and a girl in the team are trying to perfect
this. It is NOT easy. And for people who say this isn’t a sport, can just
fuck off. Its challenging, and rigorous, not just physically but mentally.
Not to mention DANGEROUS,
