Even though I may not be Fitforafeast, I an give you some advice. The
choice is yours, dance or gymnastics. This is just my opinion: I have done
both. I personally like dance better. Plus, you can do acro dance, which
would have gymnastics in it. Yes, you would miss out of beam, bars, and
vault, but just think about the things you would still be getting out of
dance. If you really want to do beam and bars, do gymnastics. But I
personally love dance so much more. : D

contemporary dance. I have done acro before so i can do over-splits,
scorpion, etc. I can do almost 3 pirouettes, pump turns. Can i start now?
If not, can you recommend any other types of dance styles that would be

They shouldn’t need to help you on something that is your decision. Think
about the ups and downs of each activity and you’ll find out what you
really wanna do. It really helps

it) into my aerial? I have my standing aerial now and i have no idea how to
do this! By the way you two are the reason why i started dancing! I love
