  7. This video helped me SOOO very much. I stopped dancing ( ballet & modern
    dance) 4 years ago after taking dance classes for 11 years so I havent done
    my splits AT ALL during that time. I’m so close to getting my splits after
    only doing this tutorial 4 times !! ^.^

    side!!!!!!!! Just like you my left side needs a little more work but my

    I’ve found this video so relaxing to stretch to. Your video has really
    adjusted the way I approach my stretching. I don’t find it stressful or
    pressure myself to get further down, I just relax where I am comfortable. I
    do have a question, I do pole fitness and I would really like to be able to
    do Jade splits, but this involves holding the splits in the air, without
    the aid of the floor to hold my splits open. If you have any tips on how to
    obtain this I would be very grateful.

    These are amazing stretches but I almost can do the splits but how do I do

  17. I have a Good level of flexibility, I can touch mi nose with my knees but
    every time that I try to do the splits my knee idk move to other side and I
    just can’t, sorry for my English but I’ve been doing so many stretches but
    I just can’t get better with my splits because of that, what I can do?

  19. Lol I’m just sitting in my bed start doing the one she’s doing and a feel a
    pain I’m like ouch then she says you will feel a sensation in your back I’m
    like oh haha.

    I have a question, but before that im a guy, i was really a bit stretched
    during my younger days in elementary…but now my flexibility has gone(im
    in college now, im 18 yrs old) can i get my flexibility back???

  23. I’ve been doing this video once every day for the last three days and I
    already see a difference in my flexibility! :) Stupid question, though.
    Does your leg with the least tension go in front or in back? I know she did
    it for both legs, but if you’re dancing, which one goes in front?

  25. I can’t even reach my toes :( How long does it usually take for people to
    get the splits? About a year? I’m not flexible at all so I’m just
    wondering.
