With scissors? I’m not sure what you’re asking. You just cut the excess off
after you glue the fabric onto the base ribbon and you can fold it like
it’s a normal strip of ribbon.
yeah! it’s like not with the regular ribbon, it’s wired and the sparkles
kind of flake off. my Michael’s puts them in like the clearance aisle.
other stores like JoAnn’s or Hancock Fabrics is your best bet. around
halloween they have a bunch of cool shiny fabric for costumes so I stock
up. there’s a store here called Fabric 101 and it’s HEAVEN, so maybe look
for specific fabric stores around you!

Just get good quality scissors or a rotary cutter which is like a pizza
cutter for fabric and a ruler.
I got it from my local fabric store called “Fabric 101”. There’s probably
stuff like it at other big name fabric stores.
