  6. Make sure you point your toes and stretch your legs further back when you
    jump if you can. Overall, your jumps are pretty good. Can you do a scorpion
    or needle? I need help on those. Thanks.

  9. how can i make the cheer team? I know how to do a herkie but I only know
    how to do it with my right side, know i am going to practice my left side
    herkie using your techniques. Last year I didn’t make it because i would
    cover my face up with my hands when I clapped, that’s easy to fix but i
    also didn’t make it because i wasn’t loud enough what can i do to make my
    voice louder? what techniques?

  10. Make sure you point your toes in a pike and head up for hurdler. The higher
    your arms are for your jumps the farther your will follow. But my goodness
    they are good

  11. Hey your jumps are amazing! Just remember to make sure your elbows are
    together when you clasp as it looks cleaner. Also point your toes if your
    not already (I couldn’t really see) xx keep it up

  14. I have tryouts this friday and its my first year cheering. I am extreamly
    nervous about my jumps because I have no experience with them at all. Are
    the jumps a really important thing to be able to do during the tryouts? I
    have my tumbling skills just not my jumps very well.

  18. What helps me to get my jumps higher is to point my toes when doing the
    jumps. But other than that yoir jumps are flawless.

    I am very excited to do these stretches/mini exercises for my jumps! Your
    jumps are amazing!!! How long do you say you would hold the stretches?

  23. When you lift your heels you could try on stairs because Its easier to not
    touch the ground

  24. I did these with ankle weights and may I say cheer this year is gonna kick
    my ass.
