how to do it with my right side, know i am going to practice my left side

voice louder? what techniques?

I have tryouts this friday and its my first year cheering. I am extreamly
nervous about my jumps because I have no experience with them at all. Are
the jumps a really important thing to be able to do during the tryouts? I
have my tumbling skills just not my jumps very well.

What helps me to get my jumps higher is to point my toes when doing the
jumps. But other than that yoir jumps are flawless.

When you lift your heels you could try on stairs because Its easier to not
touch the ground
I did these with ankle weights and may I say cheer this year is gonna kick
my ass.
