  6. This is kind of not related to flying but in order to make my cheer team we
    need to be able to do a backbend, and I just can’t. Sounds really basic but
    I can do it with a spot, but not alone. I just am scared of falling, and my
    arms won’t stay locked. Do you have any tips? Thanks so much!

  8. Ok so im having trouble with my flying bc when I go in the air I have to do
    the thing where u put your foot up in the air and hold it with one hand but
    when I hold it and they spin me around I always fall is there anything u
    think I could do

  9. Can you do tutorials on how to do specific flyer positions (heel stretch,
    scorpion, scale, etc.) ??? I know you’ve already explained some stretches
    in your videos, but could you make more like your “how to do a
    needle/straight leg scorpion video? Also, how heavy should the ankle
    weights be? Thank you so much for making these videos by the way! They are
    really helpful! :)

  14. I’m doing really basic thing like prep and extensions, but I can’t seem to
    keep my weight in one spot! I either put a lot of weight on my toes or
    heels. Any tips?
