much. I am trying to get my abs stronger so I can do a kick over (having
stronger abs helps, right?) and this helped me. I promised myself I would
do this workout once a day everyday until at least the the first day of

I’ve done this every day since December 16.. EVERY DAY and I’ve done it for
a minute each. I’m a cheerleader so i kinda want abs… i know have a close

Can you do a video of slow motion gymnastics? I know you already did one
but this time you should have slow motion bars, beam, vault, and floor
instead of only floor
