  3. You did 5/3/1 you know the shit. I know you have great coaches but it’s
    like it’s becoming all them and nothing of what you know. 5/3/1 calls for
    hill sprints prowler pushes while getting stronger your athleticism goes
    up. Why did you stop doing all the things you love. That sounds backwards.
    That’s like the equivalent of bro diets and meal timing but for lifting.

  10. Andrea!!!! my god!!! im in the exact same position as you are right now.
    been following you quietly without posting for a while now.
    im into crossfit now gettng certified and be able to stunt anytime i want
    and do a tuck. MYGOAL.
    hope u remember me. sent u a few pics of me and my girl stunting with your
    shirts that was like a year ago maybe even more. 

  11. when i say i’m into power lifting the biggest negative criticism i hear
    every time is “BUT WHUT ABOUT YOUR FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH” blah, blah blah….
    i hear your side though sometimes i finish at the gym and i feel like ‘i
    spent half my time just standing around”. you are not wrong in how you
    feel. Powerlifting is a different world.

    A lady named Erin Stern is a two time figure competitor . High jump and
    track and field Her body looks great and as a flow about it.
    So you are right to change things up have fun and train hard you will be
    happier and look great
