    I love this video, I am already fairly flexible as I am a dance teacher but
    centre splits have always been the one thing I haven’t been able to do, I
    am on my fourth day of this video now and have already seen a huge
    improvement, I am about 12cm away from the floor at the moment but will
    keep you posted on how I do :)

  7. All 3 of my splits took me about a month and I say I started at an average
    stage in my splits. The thng is when I first started doing it I got rly
    sore that it hurt to walk but the more u do it, there isn’t much to stretch
    so u don’t get as sore. Thanks PhysceTruth!

    get carried away with it. Im 10 years old.

    Another great stretch is similar to the first, but you have your legs apart
    and your thighs perpendicular to your body and try to get your bum to the
    floor

  10. i cant do the mittle yet but i can do the side split it took me about 1/2
    of a year so that is 6 months to a year to get it

  24. It took me about 2 weeks to get both my side splits, and my centre splits

    up that can help me with my splits
